RKR Selected as Construction Manager by West Georgia Technical College Foundation

R.K. Redding Construction, Inc. was selected by the West Georgia Technical College Foundation to provide CM services for the Allied Helth Building at the Colege's new Coweta County Campus in Newnan. The new facility, to be designed by Praxis3 of Atlanta, is a two-story, 62,500 square foot structure that will consist of both classroom and lab space. RKR's President/CEO Randall Redding, stated that, "RKR is honored to be selected by the West Georgia Technical College Foundation as a Project Team Member to improve the quality of life in our community." RKR's UWG Greek Village Wins 2010 AGC Build Georgia Award

R.K. Redding Construction, Inc.'s project The Greek Village at the Univeristy of West Georgia was a First Place winner of a 2010 Georgia AGC Build Georgia Award in the Construction Management category. This project consisted of demolishing a 20 building apartment complex, preparing the site and constructing 18 fraternity and sorority houses on the campus of the University of West Georgia, all within 10 months.
